House rules

The apartments are part of residential buildings, with just a few simple rules to help keep the building peaceful and the neighbours happy.

  1. Please don't exceed the number of guests the apartment is listed for. Each one is set up for a specific number and we can't make exceptions.
  2. Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00. Sound carries in these buildings.
  3. No parties or events.
  4. No smoking indoors. You're welcome to smoke outside.
  5. No pets, except at the Garden View apartment, where they're welcome.
  6. Check in from 15:00, check out by 11:00. Ask if you need flexibility — it's often possible outside high season.
  7. Self check-in via keybox. You'll get the code and directions the day before you arrive.
  8. At the seafront studios, please rinse off at the outdoor tap before coming in. Sand and tiles are a bad combination.
  9. Tell us about breakages. Accidents happen; hiding them is what makes them expensive.
  10. Greek law requires us to record the name and ID or passport details of every guest.
