Cancellations and changes
A direct booking should be more forgiving than a platform booking, not less. This is how ours works.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
Cancel more than fourteen days before your check-in date and anything you've paid is refunded in full, with no fee.
Between 14 and 7 days
Cancel in this window and we refund half of the accommodation total. The cleaning fee is always refunded.
Within 7 days of arrival
We can't refund a late cancellation, because at that point the dates rarely re-let. If your circumstances are exceptional, write to us — we'd rather talk than hide behind a rule.
Changing your dates or apartment
Moving a stay is free whenever the new dates are open, up to seven days before arrival, and you can move between apartments if another suits you better. Seasonal and per-apartment rate differences apply.
If we have to cancel
In the very unlikely event that we cancel on you, you get everything back immediately and we'll try to move you into one of the others.
Confirmed at the time of booking in your confirmation email, which is the version that governs your stay.
