Privacy & cookies
Short version: we collect what we need to answer your booking request, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the internet.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we store your name, email address, phone number if you give one, country, the apartment and dates you asked for, the number of guests and your message. Nothing else. There is no account to create and no password to keep.
Why we hold it
To answer your request, to confirm your stay, and — once you've stayed — because Greek law requires accommodation providers to keep guest records. That is the entire list.
Who else sees it
Our email provider (Resend) and our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon) process it on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't send marketing email.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie of its own, to remember which language you chose. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and we don't follow you around other websites.
Google Maps
Each apartment page shows a Google map of its location, and that map loads with the page. When it does, your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies — exactly as if you had opened Google Maps yourself. That part is Google's processing under their privacy policy, not ours, and we receive nothing from it. If you would rather not load it, every map has the street address written out beside it, so you can look it up wherever you prefer.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Records of completed stays are kept for as long as Greek tax and tourism law requires, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it — there's one person to ask, so it doesn't take long.
